At Billie the brand, we do our best to help you make a thoughtful choice through detailed product information. If you'd still like to return (part of) your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it.

Once we've received your package, you'll get a confirmation email. Your purchase amount will then be refunded to the bank account or credit card you used when placing your order. This can take up to 8 working days.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, we only accept clothing returns that:
Are unworn and unwashed
Have the original hygiene strip attached (it must not be removed or loosened)
Still have all labels and hang tags attached
Are in original condition (no make-up stains, scents or other signs of wear)
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns that don't meet these requirements.
Exchanges
For logistical reasons, exchanges aren't possible. Products can only be returned, after which you can place a new order for a different size or product.
Returning your package from a parcel point
If you don't collect your package from the parcel point, it will be automatically sent back to us. In that case, we'll charge return costs or can resend it to you.
