At Billie the brand, we try to provide as much product information as possible and encourage you to make a conscious purchase. If, however, you still want to return your order (partially), you can do so within 14 days of purchase.

Once we have received the package for return, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, the purchase amount will be refunded to your (bank) account/credit card used during the ordering process. This may take up to 8 working days.

Exchange
Exchange is not possible due to logistical reasons. Products can only be returned, after which you can order a new size/product yourself.
