Welcome! Here’s a little more about who we are and how it all started. We’re Simone and Joyce, and we’ve been running our jewelry brand MIAB jewels together for years – and loving every minute of it. Over the years we’ve traveled to places like the Hong Kong Islands, Bali, Thailand, and sunny spots across Europe. During those trips, we started dreaming about doing something with honest, eco-friendly swimwear – super comfortable and easy to wear. That’s how Billie the brand was born.
On our website, you’ll also find a few of our iconic jewelry pieces – perfect to match with your swim look.
We live and work in The Hague, close to the Dutch coast (which we love!), so there’s a good chance you’ll spot us in a Billie the brand outfit somewhere on the beach this summer ;)
And the name? It’s actually named after our very first (grumpy) fluffy office cat – Billy.
