At Billie the brand, we do our best to help you make the right choice by providing detailed product information. If you still wish to return (part of) your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. You can easily register your return online.

Would you like to exchange your order for a different size or colour?
Simply choose store credit when registering your return. This way, you won't pay any return shipping costs. Once we've received and processed your return, you'll receive your store credit, which you can use to place a new order right away.

Once we've received your package, you'll get a confirmation email. Your purchase amount will then be refunded to the bank account or credit card you used when placing your order. This can take up to 8 working days.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we only accept clothing returns that:

• Are unworn and unwashed

• Have the original hygiene strip attached (it must not be removed or loosened)

• Still have all labels and hang tags attached

• Are in original condition (no make-up stains, scents or other signs of wear)

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns that don't meet these requirements.

Exchange

Direct exchanges are not possible due to logistical reasons. You can easily return your order and place a new order for a different size or product. If you choose store credit when registering your return, you won't pay any return shipping costs.

Returning your package from a parcel point
If you don't collect your package from the parcel point, it will be automatically sent back to us. In that case, we'll charge return costs or can resend it to you.
